Rapid Prototype
Finishing: refers to further surface processing of the prototype model, such as painted, anodizing, silk screen, electroplating, sandblasting, powder, etc. Some finishing requirements will have high requirements for the surface treatment in the early stage, such as electroplating / anodizing, the rapid prototype surface needs to be polished to be very smooth without any defects.
(Painted): refers to spraying a layer of paint on the surface of part.
(Anodizing):The surface of the aluminum oxidation reaction, forming a layer of film, so that the product is not easy to scratch.
(Electroplate): Painted a layer of silver-branded product color, before electroplating parts must be very smooth, there is no trace of impurities, and then soaked in a chemical.
(Laser craving) : Use the laser to knock off the paint on the surface of the product and
make a dent in the part.
(Silk screen):To print words or patterns on the plane of a finished prototype.
(Sand blasting): Spray the parts into granules
(Powder): coating process in which the powder coating is adhered to the workpiece by corona discharge.
UV : Painted the surface of the product with a layer of transparent oil and dry it with ultraviolet light to make the product brighter and less flower-resistant, like a protective layer.
(passivation): The process that metal is oxidized by strong oxidant or electrochemistry to make the surface inactive, i.e. dull, is to make the metal surface turn into a state that is not easy to be oxidized, and to slow down the corrosion rate of metal.
